About
Infrastructure for the commercial side of the terminal.
LayOver is built by LUMA Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. We started with a simple observation: airports design shared spaces, but the transactions inside them are anything but shared.
Why we exist
Travellers think in terminals. Systems think in tills.
A traveller with forty minutes before boarding doesn’t think about which outlet owns which counter. They want coffee, something to eat and somewhere quiet to sit — and they want to know they’ll make their flight.
The systems behind those counters were never designed to work together. LayOver is the layer that lets them: one basket and one payment for the traveller, clean separation for each operator, and a combined picture for the airport.
Principles
How we build.
Infrastructure, not an app
We build the layer airports and operators run on, rather than another consumer destination.
Fit the terminal
Operators keep their counters, brands and staff. We add to what exists.
Claim only what’s true
We show what is live, what is in pilot and what is planned — and keep those labels honest.
Start narrow, extend
Food courts and lounges first, then retail and services on the same rails.

Launch partners
Let’s put LayOver in a terminal.
We’re looking for launch partners — airports, food courts and lounges — to pilot one checkout across their outlets.
