Platform
One layer for ordering, payment and settlement.
LayOver sits between the traveller and every participating outlet. It runs the basket, takes one payment, routes tickets and allocates each outlet’s share.
The system
Four participants. One flow.
Concessionaires keep running their counters. LayOver connects them into a single checkout the traveller sees and the airport can rely on.
01
Airport
Sets the checkout standard and sees combined activity
02
Outlets
Food counters and lounges, each with its own menu and settlement
03
LayOver
One ordering, payment and allocation layer
04
Traveller
Scans, builds one basket, pays once

Where LayOver runs.
Design principles
Built to fit a terminal, not replace it.
No app download
Travellers use a browser link from a QR code. Nothing to install while their gate is called.
Outlets stay in control
Each operator manages its own menu, prices and availability, and sees only its own orders.
Settlement by design
Allocation to each outlet is part of the payment flow, not a reconciliation exercise afterwards.
Start small
A single food court or one lounge is enough to begin. Each additional outlet joins the same layer.
Launch partners
Let’s put LayOver in a terminal.
We’re looking for launch partners — airports, food courts and lounges — to pilot one checkout across their outlets.
